I open my window,
Feel the night air upon my face,
And look up to the stars
Shining for us,
For our love.
I blow a kiss into the sky;
"Fly on paper wings to my love,

Through my open window
I hear her voice on the breeze,
And feel her kiss land upon my cheek,
Carried with her love through the air,
I smile because I know she's there.
And my kiss I return, on paper wings;
"Take my heart to beat beside her own."
Watching the stars through my window
Twinkling to the rhythm of my heartbeat,
They're singing our song tonight.
And then on the cool night wind
His kiss comes to me, and warms me.
And I know his love is there,
Keeping me safe,
Brought to me on paper wings.
